Applicable taxes, shipping charges, environmental fees, or other required charges will be added during checkout where applicable.

4. Orders

Products are covered solely by the applicable RPS Corporation Limited Warranty.

9. Installation

Products should be installed only by qualified personnel familiar with commercial floor maintenance equipment.

Improper installation may result in equipment damage, property damage, serious injury, or death.

RPS Corporation assumes no responsibility for damages arising from improper installation or misuse.

10. Product Compatibility

Many products sold by RPS Corporation are designed as replacement parts for equipment manufactured by third parties.

References to OEM manufacturers, model numbers, trademarks, or part numbers are provided solely for identification and compatibility purposes.

Unless specifically stated, RPS Corporation is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or authorized by any original equipment manufacturer.

All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RPS Corporation shall not be liable for any:

• Incidental damages
• Consequential damages
• Special damages
• Punitive damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss of revenue
• Loss of business
• Loss of equipment use
• Downtime
• Personal injury
• Property damage

Whether arising in contract, negligence, strict liability, warranty, or otherwise.

RPS Corporation's total liability shall never exceed the amount actually paid by the purchaser for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RPS Corporation, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your misuse of the products;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your negligence or wrongful conduct; or
• Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Limited Warranty, constitute the entire agreement between the purchaser and RPS Corporation regarding purchases made through this website.
