Limited 90-Day Parts Warranty

All parts sold by RPS Corporation are warranted only to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the part from RPS Corporation or an authorized RPS Corporation sales channel.

This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects in the part itself. It does not cover failures resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, improper storage, use of the part in applications for which it was not intended, or repairs or alterations performed by anyone other than RPS Corporation or an authorized service provider.

To be eligible for warranty coverage, the part must have been installed and used in accordance with all applicable installation instructions, operating procedures, and maintenance requirements.

If a part is determined by RPS Corporation to be defective due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, our sole obligation and your exclusive remedy shall be, at our option:

  • Replacement of the defective part with the same part or an equivalent replacement part; or
  • Refund of the original purchase price paid for the defective part.

This warranty covers the replacement part only. It does not cover any other costs or expenses, including but not limited to:

  • Labor for diagnosis, removal, or installation of the part;
  • Travel time or service calls;
  • Shipping costs (unless otherwise required by law);
  • Equipment downtime;
  • Loss of use;
  • Lost profits; or
  • Any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages.

Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact RPS Corporation by email at warranty@rpscorporation.com within the applicable warranty period. The purchaser must provide proof of purchase, the part number, a description of the alleged defect, and any supporting photographs or documentation requested by RPS Corporation.

RPS Corporation may require the allegedly defective part to be returned for inspection before any warranty determination is made. RPS Corporation reserves the right to inspect, test, and evaluate any returned part to determine whether the failure resulted from a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty and whether the part was installed, operated, maintained, and used in accordance with applicable instructions. No replacement or refund will be issued until the warranty claim has been reviewed and approved. Parts determined not to be covered under this warranty will be returned to the customer upon request and at the customer's expense.

This limited warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by RPS Corporation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed. Some states or jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Governing Law and Venue

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or legal action arising out of or relating to this Limited Warranty or the purchase or use of any part sold by RPS Corporation shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts having jurisdiction over Racine County, Wisconsin, and the purchaser irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction.
